What is FedEx SmartPost?
FedEx SmartPost is an economy shipping using both FedEx & your local post office. FedEx picks up the package and delivers it to your local post office; from there the post office is responsible for delivery.
How long does Free Shipping/$7 Flat Rate Shipping take to be delivered?
Unique Vintage ships all orders with Free Shipping & $7 Flat Rate Shipping via FedEx SmartPost and it takes approximately 2-8 business days to receive, depending on the delivery location.
I just placed my order with Overnight Shipping. Will I receive it tomorrow?
Please note: Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico may experience longer shipping times when Free Shipping or Flat Rate is chosen. We recommend using an express option if you are under time constraints.
I placed my order on Saturday, when will my order be shipped out?
No, your order will not arrive tomorrow. There is a 48 hour handling time for every order, regardless of your shipping choice. If you are in a rush please contact customer service
for further availability.
I see Unique Vintage ships internationally, but my country is not on the list in shipping. How can I get my order?
Unique Vintage is closed on the weekends; all orders will be processed on Monday morning. Due to our 48 hour handling time the soonest your order will be shipped out is Tuesday. For exceptions, please contact customer service.
Unique Vintage ships all over the world, however, there are some countries we do not ship to for different reasons. If you do not see your country, but you’d like to order with us we recommend looking into a courier transport service.
I am in the Military, do you ship to FPO/APO addresses?
Yes, simply choose United Stated Military as the country for your shipping address and all military states will become available.
What is FIMS MailView and how long will it take me to receive my order?
FIMS MailView is a FedEx International Mail Service that is shipped via FedEx until it gets to your destination Country. Once it arrives the package is processed through customs and given to your local mailing service for delivery. Please be aware this ship service can take up to 30 days for delivery and provides limited tracking information. You may track your FIMS MailView package here »
How can I pay for my order?
Unique Vintage accepts all major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. And you may also check out using Amazon Payment. We do not accept Check or Money Order.
I placed my order but did not receive an email confirmation. How do I know if my order was successful?
Where is my tracking number?
If you have not received your order confirmation email to the email associated with your account, please contact customer service.
Your tracking number will not be supplied at the time you place your order. Your tracking number will be emailed to you the day your order is shipping from our warehouse. Please be aware we have 48 hour handling time before your order can ship from our warehouse.
Do you have any promos or coupon codes?
I placed my order this week and now Unique Vintage offering a coupon discount, can it be applied to my order?

page. Promo codes exclude sale items, gift cards, Dress of the Month Club subscriptions, Catch of the Day items, designer prom dresses and designer wedding dresses, Discount cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Unfortunately, our coupon codes cannot be used retroactively. The codes must be used during the time permits of the sale only.
I received multiple order confirmation emails but I only want one order. What do I do?
I accidentally ordered the wrong size/item/color. How can I change it?
If you received multiple order confirmations but you only intended on placing one order we recommend contacting customer service
to ensure multiple orders are not processed and shipped.
Why was my order canceled?
If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact customer service
immediately. If the order is not stopped before your order is processed, we may not be able to fix it and your order will be shipped as is.
How do I use my store credit?
No orders should be canceled without notification, if your order has been canceled with no warning please contact our customer service
to determine the reason.
I’ve picked out my dress, but I’m not ready to buy it. Can you hold it for me?

to help you redeem your store credit. We can place an order over the phone, through email or via LiveChat.
Unfortunately, Unique Vintage cannot hold items without an order being placed. We do not have a layaway program.
I see the size chart and I’m confused on what size to order. How do I know the best size for myself?
I’ve measured myself, but I am in between sizes. Which size should I go with?
If the information is available to us, we will always post in the description if an item runs small or large. If no such information is posted we do recommend fitting your largest size and having the item altered if necessary. You may also read customer reviews to find fitting feedback.
When I click on the size I want a red message appears saying the item is "Backordered", what does that mean?
Backorder means the item and/or size is not available to ship immediately. The item will be shipping within 30 days of the purchase date. For international orders your entire order will be held and all items will be shipped together once the item is restocked.
When I click on the size I want a red message appears saying the item is "Pre-Order", if I place my order when will I receive it?
Pre-Order means the item is not yet in stock. This product is still in production, but you are able to place an order beforehand to hold your selected size and color. The item will be available to ship within 30 days of the purchase date. For international orders your entire order will be held and all items will be shipped together once the item available.
I love this dress, but does it come in another color?
We do carry many styles in multiple colors. If other colors are available in the item you are interested in there should be additional color options shown in the item details below the size drop down.
The item I’m interested in looks black, but it’s called navy. What is the actual color of item?
Everyone’s computer settings are different, which can make pictures darker or lighter. If the color states navy on the website but appears to be black, it is definitely a navy dress. Please refer to product titles and descriptions for clarification on product color.
There is something I am interested in that I do not see on your website. Does Unique Vintage do special orders?
Unique Vintage does not do special orders, we only sell what is available on our website. We also do not make the dress in house, so we cannot do any alterations or make changes to the dress. They are sold as pictured on the website.
Does the slip pictured come with my dress?
No, all our slips are sold separately. Please see the Shop The Look tab for details on items pictured with your dress.
What crinoline slip should I get with my dress?
We carry two crinoline slip lengths; tea length and above the knee. Tea Length is 27” long and should go with any swing dress and will hit you between mid-calf and right below the knee. Above the Knee is 21” long and should go with any shorter dress length and will hit you between right above the knee and mid-thigh.
I would like to see your dresses in person so I am able to try them on. Do you have a store location near me?
Does your physical store carry of the dresses I see online for me to see and try on?
It says “In Stock: Ships Next Business Day” next to my dress, what does that mean?

"In Stock: Ships next business day" applies to in stock dresses ordered before 9am PST Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 9am PST will be shipped within 2 business days.
Dresses ordered on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped within 2 business days.
I am a first time customer. Do you allow returns or exchanges?
I need to send my order back for a refund; will I receive a full refund?
Yes, we have a 14-day return/exchange policy. We also offer Easy Returns & Free Exchanges. Please see here
for details on our return/exchange policy.
If you send your return back on time, no restocking fee should apply, with the exception of shoes and special occasion items. All shoes and special occasion dresses sent back for a refund will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping is non-refundable, if you use the return label Unique Vintage provides you with a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
What if I have a late return?
Any items sent back for a store credit or an exchange of equal or more value will not receive a restocking fee. This policy is applied per item.
For returns post marked up to 15-30 days from the original delivery date of your order, Unique Vintage provides store credit only.
How do I return my order?
I lost my return shipping label, what do I do?
We supply you with a return-shipping label, to get your return label go here.
Then simply print the label, stick it to your package and give it to your postman or drop off at the nearest FedEx or USPS location.
My order came from a different location; it was not shipped from the warehouse. Where am I supposed to return my order?

to receive a new label.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
If your order was drop shipped from the manufacturer you will still return it to Unique Vintage. You can get your return label here.
Your return will be processed within 5-7 days of it arriving to our facility. Once your refund has been processed, please allow approximately 4-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
